Find your way back into your account.
Choose the situation that matches what you still have. Support will never need your password, authenticator setup key, or recovery codes.
I have my password and a recovery code
- Open Sign in and enter your email and password.
- When asked for the authenticator code, select Use a recovery code instead.
- Enter one unused recovery code. It is consumed only when verified.
- Open Account security to review your sessions. If you lost your authenticator, use another unused recovery code with your current password to turn it off, then sign in and set up a replacement.
Recovery codes do not replace your password and do not turn off two-factor protection automatically.
I forgot my password
Use Reset password with your registered email. Follow the single-use reset link sent to that address. After a reset, old sessions end and you must sign in again. If your authenticator is enabled, you still need an authenticator code or an unused recovery code.
I am still signed in on another device
Open Account security there. Security changes require your current password and, when enabled, an unused authenticator or recovery code. Review the signed-in device list and security alerts before deciding which sessions to end.
I lost both the authenticator and all recovery codes
Contact the project support team from the registered email, if you can. Describe the access problem and provide your business/account reference. Account ownership must be reviewed before any recovery action; submitting a request does not automatically disable protection or restore access.
Do not email passwords, setup keys, recovery codes, verification codes, or customer records.
I left business registration unfinished
If you saved registration progress on this browser, return to business registration and restore the saved details. Passwords, accepted terms, and verification codes must be entered again. If an account was already created, sign in to finish email verification instead of registering again.
Once signed in, the Seller/Supplier business-profile form can save a private application draft to your account for 30 days. Restore it to fill the form, review the details, and submit when ready. Drafts do not publish your business or upload documents.
